WinEx-de™ is Roctek’s economical dual-input (digitizer and onscreen) program that works with hard copy plans and digital file types such as PDF, TIF, JPG, BMP and more.  WinEx-de™ offers a suite of tools including cut, fill, material volumes, 3D Views, site balancing and site adjustments like stripping, over-excavation, and strip re-spread; and also has simple lengths, areas, and counts.
